About Us

WHO WE ARE

We are Ryerson University's Community Services Society (RCSS). We are a group of dedicated students from across the 9 schools in the Faculty of Community Services (FCS). We are forming the umbrella organization for FCS. We are a student run committee that works with the dean's office to help create the most memorable university experience for over 6,500+ undergraduate FCS students.

What We Do

We focus our efforts to organize, foster, and deliver events which impact a student in three areas of their university journey; academia, industry networking and the social atmosphere.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support and enhance the student experience under the four pillars Academics, Unity, Professional Development, and Well-Being. We are creating a platform for cross-program collaboration, opportunities for student social innovation, that are guided by the needs of our student community.

With a sustainable funding base for our society, we would facilitate skill-sharing spaces, provide funding and resources to students for social-entrepreneurship and community initiatives, and hold community events within FCS to foster student pride and connect us to the greater Ryerson campus.
